Rolling River is a Long Island summer day camp in East Rockaway/Oceanside, NY for kids and teens ages 3-15. Located along the shores of scenic Mill River, Rolling River offers innovative summer programs for children including aquatics, athletics, boating, creative arts, special events, trips & more!
Rolling River Day Camp has been family owned and operated for over 20 years! Our staff is comprised of passionate, enthusiastic and caring counselors. Safety is a top priority and we always ensure that our campers feel comfortable in our intimate, family environment.
Rolling River Day Camp’s beautiful campus is centrally located in Nassau County less than 20 minutes from many Long Island towns including Rockville Centre, Lynbrook, Valley Stream, Long Beach, Hewlett, Woodmere, Lawrence, Cedarhurst, Island Park, Baldwin, Malverne, Franklin Square, Floral Park, Atlantic Beach, Lido Beach, Garden City, West Hempstead, Freeport, Merrick, Bellmore, Hempstead and Elmont. Rolling River also services areas in Queens such as Howard Beach, Broad Channel, the Rockaways and Belle Harbor. Door-to-door bus transportation on air-conditioned mini buses is available to campers in these surrounding towns.
NEW FOR 2013! Rolling River Day Camp buses will be traveling to select areas of New York City, Brooklyn and Queens. Transportation in New York City will be available from the East Side of Manhattan including the Upper East Side, Gramercy and Murray Hill. Brooklyn pick up locations may be offered in Park Slope, Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill, Brooklyn Heights and Mill Basin. Queens locations include Long Island City, Bayside, Fresh Meadows and Bellerose. Busing locations will be provided based on overall interest in each area.

Meet Your Mateys Day Camper Orientation is Saturday, June 22 between 8:30am and 4:00pm. The first day of Camp 2013 is Monday, July 1.
Five Towns Community Chest will be hosting a special circus show at Rolling River on May 4th (2:45 and 4:30pm) to raise funds for service organizations serving the community.
