Our Health Center is located in the center of camp activities. This state-of-the-art facility is equipped to handle everything from basic first aid to the comprehensive maintenance of chronic illnesses. Leading our staff is Alicia Stone, a family nurse practitioner, who set sail with us on our maiden voyage in 1993. Her warm, nurturing staff of registered nurses guarantees everyone at Rolling River quality health care and assessment expertise. All of our off-campus trips are staffed with a health care professional to monitor attendees’ health and medication needs. In addition, we send a travel nurse on all overnight trips so there is 24 hour care while the campers are away from home.

We strive to keep open communication with every member of the camp community throughout the year. You will often find special articles in our newsletter, “The Scuttlebutt”, giving our families important up-to-date health information pertinent to the camp season.
